Mains of Rothney

TO BE LET,

For such a number of years as may be agreed on, and entered into at Whitsunday first, as to the Houses and Pasture, and to the remaining Lands at the separation of the ensuing Crop from the Ground,

THE MAINS of ROTHNEY, lying in the Parish of Insch, as presently possessed by Osbert Forsyth, consisting of nearly 50 Acres, partly Infield, in a progressive state of improvement, and capable of bearing any kind of Crop - a due proportion of Land is reserved for Turnip, and the Dung on the Farm may be had at a valuation.

There is a most commodious Dwelling House, and a compact set of Offices on the Farm, the whole covered with Slate; and a reasonable allowance will be made at the expiry of the Lease, for a Threshing Mill, if required.

Application may be made to the Proprietor, at Rothney, who will give directions for shewing the Farm.
