Fyvie farm lease

A SMALL FARM TO LET,
And NOTICE to DEBTORS and CREDITORS.

There is to be Let,

THE REMAINDER of a LEASE, for Thirteen Years, of the Ground at WOODHEAD of FYVIE, lately possessed by George Cheyne, Merchant - containing about seventeen acres, twelve of which are old infield, of the best quality, and all in the highest state of improvement; with a suitable Steading of Office-houses, DWELLING HOUSE, and SHOP, fitted up in a very superior stile, and peculiarly adapted for the accommodation of a Country Merchant.  The situation for this purpose is such as rarely to be met with.  The premises will be shown by Adam Mackie, merchant, Fyvie, to whom offers may be given in.

The incoming tenant will be accommodated with some stacks of Corn and Fodder, and Hay, as also the Crop now laid down, at a fair valuation.

It is requested that all those indebted to the estate of the said George Cheyne, will pay the amount immediately to Adam Mackie, merchant, Fyvie, who has power to receive and discharge the same.  And all who have claims against the estate will lodge the same, properly vouched, with William Davidson, merchant, Aberdeen, one of George Cheyne's trustees.
