To be Let for such number of years, from Whitsunday 1815, as may be agreed upon:
THE HOUSE and OFFICES of NEWBIGGING, as occupied by Mr WILLIAM DONALDSON, with KITCHEN GARDEN, and such quantity of LAND as may be desired by a Tenant. The House, which is neat and in good repair, and fit for the accommodation of a small family - is pleasantly situated in the neighbourhood of Stonehaven, commanding a view of the Bay, and surrounding country, and united to the advantages of a rural situation; the conveniences afforded by vicinity to a market town, good schools, and fishing station; excellent sea bathing, and daily Mail and Stage coaches. The Land not set apart for the accommodation of the Tenant of the House, will be Let in Lots of from 4 to 7 acres each.
